These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cnsl_, operated by Cnsl.tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cnsl_.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cnsl_ at cnsl.tech, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Nature of Service
Cnsl_ provides AI-generated philosophical counsel through simulated dialogue with historical and fictional personas. The “philosophers” and other AI agents within Cnsl_ are artificial intelligence simulations powered by large language models.
Important disclaimer: The outputs of Cnsl_ are for contemplation, creative exploration, and dialectic practice only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice and must not be relied upon as such.
Prohibited Use — Voice Cloning & Deepfakes
⚠ Strict Prohibition
Users are strictly prohibited from using Cnsl_ — including its voice features, AI outputs, or any associated APIs — to:
- ✗Clone voices of any individual — real or fictional — without that person's explicit, informed, and documented consent.
- ✗Create deepfakes — synthetic audio, video, or text content that falsely represents a real person's voice, likeness, or statements.
- ✗Generate content designed to facilitate fraud, harassment, defamation, impersonation, or any form of non-consensual intimate imagery.
- ✗Automate voice generation at scale for spam, robocalling, or social engineering attacks.
Violations of this section will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any subscription fees paid, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Fair Use Policy
Cnsl_ subscription plans are offered for individual personal use. To protect platform stability and ensure a quality experience for all users, the following Fair Use Policy applies:
Usage Threshold
Plans described as “Unlimited” provide unlimited access for genuine individual use. Usage that exceeds 10× the median monthly consumption of active users — indicative of automated scripting, bot behavior, or API abuse — may be throttled, paused, or subject to review without prior notice.
Prohibited Automation
Accessing Cnsl_ services programmatically (via bots, scripts, or automated pipelines) without an explicit commercial API agreement is prohibited.
Review Process
If your account is flagged for exceeding fair use thresholds, we will contact you via the email on file before taking permanent action.

All prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are automatically calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refund Policy
14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for unused subscriptions. To request a refund within this window, contact us at contact@cnsl.tech.
Service Consumption Threshold — Non-Refundable
If you have generated more than 5 minutes of AI voice output during the subscription period, the service is considered meaningfully consumed and the subscription fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the 14-day window. This threshold is measured from your account's usage logs.
Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal to prevent future renewals.
All refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) and will be returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Output Ownership & Intellectual Property
You own the output. Any dialogue, transcripts, or text generated during your Cnsl_ sessions belongs solely to you. Cnsl.tech claims no copyright over the AI-generated content produced specifically for you.
Cnsl.tech retains ownership of all platform code, UI design, AI persona configurations, branding, and system architecture. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute platform components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cnsl.tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of data, emotional distress, decisions made based on AI outputs, or unauthorized access to your account.
Our aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cnsl.tech in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice or refund, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms (especially Section 3)
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, payment systems, or usage limits
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of Cnsl_ after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
